  • What personal information do you need and why?
    We need your name, address and email to process your order. We do not share our client's personal information with external companies.
  • How long does a custom order take and what does it cover?
    - How long it takes - Custom order completions will vary on multiple factors; for example if you have a evening gown that has multiple embellishments from sequins to beads the process to stitch them on could possibly take a week or two, however a deadline date can be set within a minimum 30 days to complete. This will mean that it will be a simple custom order compared to a detailed embellished order. - What it covers - Custom orders cover everything there is to imagen. our designers would sit down with you via virtually or physically to go over all the details and sketch out the design with you which can take a hour or more, then once the sketch and details have been finalised a price is given once all the requirements have been sourced followed by the agreed payment plan. custom orders will also cover any of our garments that are no longer or yet available on the store with the added benefits of adding to the core design and changing materials that you would prefer making it truly unique to you.
  • Why does the delivery say upon completion?
    As each of our garments are made on order and not pre-stocked, we are unable to provide a guaranteed estimate of when it will be completed, however most orders don't take more than two weeks to fulfill. This does depend on how large the order is and availability of the required materials.
  • What is Get The Look?
    Get the look is where all the looks our designers have put together for photoshoots and events for our models and clients made available to everyone by sourcing from other retailers as well as our own making each of our looks achievable for all as expression should be.
  • What is your price range?​
    Our prices vary depending on the customer's request. A budget can be discussed before working on a specific customised order. However, the pre-made products have labelled prices you can enquire about. Although the prices across products may vary depending on the customer's demands, we aim to keep our creations reasonably priced. You can contact us directly with a detailed description of the product you have in mind and we will provide a quote as soon as possible.
  • What is your size range?
    M.A.S-Boutique prides itself on its diversity of sizes. We have a strict policy against discrimination. We create pieces for everyone, regardless of their size, race, sexuality or gender. Our pieces can be custom-made to whichever size is required.
  • What do you have to offer?
    We offer a wide range of products and services from custom made clothing to pre designed online store. A few of our services cover Photoshoots, repairs and alterations and general design inquires for those that are curious to the process of their custom orders. We also have teamed up with a small business called Sammy Stitches to support and cover all aspects of the team and industry. From creating your everyday clothes to creating the perfect garment for your special day, M.A.S-Boutique works closely with you to ensure your vision gets brought to life and we don't stop there; we create items for pets as well as different types of homeware, such as fitted table-cloths, dining seat covers and pillows. we are also able to upcycle any of your old clothes or homeware to bring it back to life.

Photoshoots

All our Photoshoots are held in one of three style venues. 

Venue Style one: Studio shoot

A simple primary venue with plain block colour backdrops in the same workspace as the orders are made and will be set and ready before clients' arrival.

Venue Style two: Residential shoot

A simple shoot located at the client's residence with a plain block colour backdrop brought along with the added equipment by the photographer to be set up upon the photographer's arrival.

Venue Style three: Location shoot

Various locations featuring sceneries in a variety of options mostly located in Brighton and Hove and many more can be discussed and arranged.

Who does the photoshoots?


At M.A.S-Boutique, all clients get a chance to be a model for a day. We pride ourselves on our images from photoshoots as we only have natural models so there is no 'I need to go on a diet, I'm too fat' when you are not a size 0. We want you to be you and we do not photoshop our photographs. We want you to be able to feel confident and comfortable in your clothes and skin. If you do not wish to wear makeup you don't have to. All we ask for is a natural beauty - we know you have it. If you do not want to take part in a photoshoot, there is no need to worry; we can display your item/s on a mannequin or a table so the images can be uploaded. The founder of M.A.S-Boutique always says: 'Be true to yourself, be true to the world' and that, we live by as well as 'Your flaws make you flawless' and that's because it is who you are.

When does the photoshoot take place?


Photoshoots are arranged between you and the designer working on your item/s. You can have it done on the day of collection (if collected) or it can be arranged for a set date when both you and the employees on the project are free. Photoshoots are free and digital copies can be sent to you upon request, however, if you would like a specific photo printed there may be a fee - the designer will explain more upon your request. If for any reason you need to cancel or more the time a minimum forty-eight-hour notice is required so the employees at M.A.S-Boutique can help rearrange the necessary changes.

Where does the photoshoot take place?


Much like when the photoshoots take place, the photoshoot locations will be discussed and arranged upon the completion of your order. You will also be asked to discuss whether or not your item/s will be modelled by you, on a mannequin, or presented on a table. The location could be offsite whether it's close to HQ or you. The location could be a home shooting your garden or home. Whatever is best for you and those working the shoot. Change of location can be made forty-eight hours in advance.

What happens to my booked location shoot if it's affected by the weather?


In the event of the weather disrupting the photoshoot location a member of the M.A.S-Boutique team who has your booking will reach out to either reschedule the day of your location photoshoot or reschedule the location of your photoshoot. For example, it is forecast to rain on the day of the photoshoot and you booked to have the shoot at Preston Park Rockery and Manor Gardens; due to the rain, it would be unsafe to proceed with the location book, the designer and photographer would discuss their calendars for mutual dates and options available, once the designer and photographer have matched there dates one of them will reach out to you 48hrs prior to give you the options available; they will offer you the studio shoot if theres an available time slot or home shoot on the same day you have booked and they will also tell you the available dates they have if you still wish to proceed with the location shoot.
